ill just toss my 2 cents in. Insanity is good shit. Makes cardio not boring and is actually damn hard. Ive done all kinds of different workouts from extreme crossfit routines to boot camps. What helped me lose weight more then anything was cleaning up my diet. i stopped drinking as much and quit eating out alot and switched to 4 smaller meals rather then three big meals. cut from 240 to 215 in 2 months without killing myself.
