I also have flat feet, and work on them in a kitchen, put these in my shoes about a month ago when I got them. So far they have been amazing, so I expect the same on the snow.
I have bad pronation like a fat kid due to being born crooked, and these things really correct that and set my ankles up straight. Not to mention how much better the bottom of my foot feels.
Remind has another model that has a higher arch in it, part of the reason I did not choose that one.
