Are you sure about that? 27cm foot and a US11/EUR44.5 boot? My foot is a bit more than 27cm and I wear a US10 (and could possibly have gone with a 9.5).

Anyway, with a 27cm foot you do not need (or want) too wide a board. Better to have/manage a bit of boot overhang than a board that is too wide for your foot.
