In the past summer I had the chance to went to a glaciar and the opportunity to try a lot of stuff, boards bindings and boots.
My feet are not too wide and I have a quite narrow ankle, my size is a 10 - 10.5 depends on the brands. I tried several boots and I think for your type of needs you could go on the following: Salomon F (don't remember exactly which number but is not the top one), Vans Cirro (quite stiff) or the Nitro Team. I would not know which one to choose, I think the Salomon is really tight on the ankle, you'll feel your foot hold pretty well. Vans is probably the stiffest one and offer a quite good lace adjustment with BOA, quite confy as well. The Nitro also has a quite good lace adjustment and it's also confortable, I would say a bit softer. All and all 3 good boots. Up to you, I hope this was helpfull.
Take care.
