Old Injuries, New rider
I am a new rider, that is eager to start but being held back by the thought of old injuries creeping up on me again. I play competitive contact sports and had my fair share of injuries much like everyone else.
What I am most concerned about would be my knees. They are in no pain, thank's to keeping off of them for almost six months, but I really would not like to reverse any of the healing that has happened.
So I was just wondering if there were any advanced guys/gals in here that may have some advice on how to prevent myself getting hurt.
