Where do you live? Can I come over?

It sounds like you mainly need a jib board to beat up on. For short, hiked runs it is all about jumps, boxes, rails and stunts to keep it fun. I have had some incredible days with friends just hoofing it and building stupid stuff to play on... and then laughing at each other's fails. Sparse snow cover and homemade obstacles can be pretty harsh on gear. You may want a different deck for resort riding and groomers but I would suggest an inxpensive jib board for wat you are mainly doing. I even have one in mind...
