I'm also looking at SL or Legacy and am the same stats as the original poster (6'2, 180-185) that stays away from the park but hits natural features, enjoys groomers, etc. Comfortable on carving/bombing blues and moguls. Most of the time is spent in mid-atlantic/WV with at least 1 to 2 trips west a year (the 2 this year are Tahoe and Big Sky).
My boots are K2 T1 double BOAs in size 12. Are these too wide for an SL if my stance is duck with an avg width?
Any insight would be helpful before heading to the local shop to check the boots on each board.
Get the Legacy 159. If Size 12 feet aren't the big enough for a wide board, what is?
I have size 8 boots and I still occasionally can tip the board over enough to drag my toes or heels into the snow on my SL 155.
