Wonder if you can ride it with the arm behind your ass. My friend showed me how to do it on the T-Bar but I suck at it. Maybe I'll go mid week when no one is there and test it out.
The arm sort of curves right before the platter, and I hold it down a little lower so it doesn't do the ball squisher. The only issue for me is it pushes right on the muscle and sort of hurts, I just shift positions a bit and try to use more arm strength to hold the pressure off my leg.
I haven't taken it more than 3 times in a day, not sure what it's like doing a whole day on the platter!
