They are both park-oriented rockers, as most of my sticks probably will be when I amass a bigger collection, but I just don't see the Skate Banana holding up to much speed if I decide to bomb it down a groomer. The edge hold is pretty good on it though, especially for rocker.
But as I'll be using my Banana almost exclusively for the park (it's 148N, who wouldn't?
) once I pick up my next board, so I'll be going with a slightly sturdier binding on the Westmark.
Think I've settled for the 150 Westmark, so now it's just bindings! I'll be leaving my RKs on my Banana so I'll need an alternative, something new and stiffer.
TT30s seem like a solid bet, how do these compare to other brands in the same price range? I'm a big fan of Flux, but I'm not going to miss trying something new if there is an alternative. Thanks again.
