People on a general scale are sly and disgusting. Individually everyone has good qualities, while as a group the worst comes out. Now the guy thanked you for your help which in my opinion beats getting yelled at by idiots because you get a good feeling. I wish that my 90+ neighbor wouldn't shoo me away everytime I ask to help out carrying her 15 pound groceries up a flight of stairs. lol "i've been doing this for over twenty years , I do not need help!"...."ahh ok miss, have a good day". Ironically I will probably be the same as her when I get old.
