so basically you want an all-mountain board? my personal and subjective pick for best all-mountain is LibTech Skate Banana, even though it's a park board. I have it, and I go fast in groomers and carve a lot. Besides that I like big jumps and regular park jumps as well as jibbing. It does it all perfectly.

I've never ridden it fast enough for it to become unstable, and i regularly go 35 mph+. If you like going at racing speeds like 55 mph+ you will want a more stiff board probably with camber. TRS would be an example.
