Thinking about it, no. There are moments that scare me, like being on an unsecured ladder, but I easily get past it. Being in a harness and tethered off I would have little issue going out on a building. I have stood at the edge of a 60ft cliff with my toes hanging off just for fun. I will say they my first time to a real mountain the height of the lifts did shock me a little at first. Going downhill in a high lift was freaky the first time. In St Louis the lift is 30ft high at the max.
