thats a hard thing to suggest because everyone has different feet. i like salomon and k2 bc i have wider feet. as others have suggested, head to your local ski/board shop and tell them youre looking for a mid-stiffness boot for whatever price, and then start trying them on (btw new boots will feel very snug in the shop. this is ok)

boot fitting is a personal thing and preferences are different for everyone.

BOA vs classic - id suggest BOA; theyre quicker and easier than strings, and they can provide a pretty solid fit. classic is cheaper and more reliable, but if youre doing resort riding a broken BOA cable is an easy fix. BOA products are guaranteed for life and most shops can/will replace broken cables for free.
