I would definitely have to say Jay Peak. More snow than anyone else and if the snow doesnt pan out they have a lot of other things to do on-resort like the water park and the ice haus. They also do a lot of lodging deals on the resort for just a few dollars more than the cost of a lift ticket if you time it right.
