Well, just like that EVO sent me an email today and a return shipping label. Rossi takes care of returns themselves so I return it to them. I haven't a clue what my options will be, if any. Gonna try to get this turd sent out asap. I will update this post for anyone who is curious. I have to say between the interaction yesterday and the quick return email I'm impressed so far with evos customer service.
