The small binding wont effect the performance at all. Burtons latest craze is wide waist widths which they call nug raduction, you can just assume you have that "new tech" and ride on like you would have before the burton website made you second guess yourself.
Its a powder board not a carving machine so get out there and enjoy it. Im sure it will be a fun board.
what would be the main difference(terrains? style? purposes?) between the con artist/ juice wagon and the cheetah such that they manufacture 3 different boards in one family tree line?
