TWC is freestyle/pipe oriented - I haven't ridden it so can't comment beyond that.

Consider Burton Custom in camber as well.

If go fast and carve turns aggressively you will likely prefer a stiffer board. If moguls are your thing a shorter board will make things easier on that terrain.

Def get new boots, 12 years is too long for boots. Cambered boards will be better for icy conditions than other profiles in the burton lineup.

You might look at other brands that have magnetraction, it's supposed to work pretty good on ice.

Burton demo days are your friend if you find one, great way to try a different equipment.
