First day foot pain or new insoles?
I have flat feet and tried two different insoles before finding SOLE thin sports. I have ~15 days on the insoles last year and when I first used them, they immediately got rid of 99% of my foot pain. I went to Stratton yesterday for the first day of my third season. I ended up in some pretty bad pain and had to take my boots off twice mid run to relieve the pain. Could this just be first day pain or should I look into buying a new pair of the SOLE insoles?
