Boots, board and bindings in that order. The issue of whether or not to upgrade is... if your current equipment is not allowing you to progress skills wise to the next level. I'd suspect a better investment would be to take some private lessons....and a good instructor should be able to note if your equipment is holding you back and he/she should be able to make some suggestions.
