They fixed that with the newer version.
I've used Klipsch s4's, TF10s, davis tributes, etymotic hf5 and some others, my favorite, by far are still my Yamaha EPH-100. I'm in the market for something that sounds as good but with audio controls and a mic. I might go back to etymotics, but I'm not sure how the controls work with Android.
Anyway, I can't recommend the Yamaha's enough!
