I'm about 15lbs heavier than you but we are the same height and size 13 boot, so ill offer up my opinion.
I think it really depends on your riding style and stance width...below 160 usually tends to be softer than above 160 on the exact same board, so a 159 will be more forgiving at the expense of speed, stability, and a locked in feel.
If you have a wide stance (25+) then a 159 will feel even softer when initiating turns and general riding.
The benefits of a larger board become apparent the better you become.
Lastly, a 159 will have a smaller waist width so you'll definitely want a 159W to accommodate your boots.
I'd recommend 162W at the low end and 164W+ if you are a strong, athletic 220lbs.
