I would want them to reimburse the shipping return costs back to their warehouse, the customs/taxes/duty cost I had to pay when I picked up the board, plus shipping back (hopefully some express shipping method to Canada), plus the customs/taxes/duty cost the second time - do you think they would do this? And I'm wondering how long it would take to get that all sorted out. I guess it could be worth asking, it's just such a pain to think about this when I'm so busy with school!
