I plan on getting a Dakine Heli Pack 11L. It's compatible with a Hydrapak water reservoir, which Dakine sells for their packs.
They're not very durable though, so if I get a Camelbak reservoir it will be much more likely to hold up if I fall on my back.

We put 8 hydration systems through the Grinder | Military Times GearScout

I was wondering if the Dakine hydro sleeve is wide enough for the Camelbak bite valve, with it being at a 90 degree angle like it is.

This is a Dakine pack sleeve with the Hydrapak reservoir:

I'm not sure if the sleeve is wide enough for the Camelbak.
Anyone know? If not then I'll just go ahead and buy the Camelbak and try it out. I don't like to pay return shipping if it doesn't fit, so I'm checking here first just in case anyone has already tried it.

Thanks.
Just FWIW, I much prefer my Hydrapak set-up over my Camelbak.
