I did one for my son's board. I used a wine cork, cut in half, with two screws and drywall anchors. I notched the cork a bit near the wall to better hold the board. I got the idea from this post on reddit. Please forgive the Zumiez stickers, he only bought sneakers there but liked the stickers (he's 11).
