Crazy nut jobs are all over the world. Why here in US they manage to get a bulletproof vest and 3-4 automatic rifles? On regular basis???
You can't get an automatic weapon without a class 3 weapons permit, which is very expensive and hard to get. Not very many people have it.

I'm not a huge fan of putting further regulations on long guns. Maybe handguns though. And I'm all for improved background checks.
