I'm still pretty new, but anytime I stort to get cramps in my feet, I re evaluate my boots and bindings..
Yesterday I noticed my front foot was sore after a break in the lodge, and my strap was way to tight i must have cranked it too many times, I let it off a bit and the pain went away.
I also notice that my burton Moto's become a bit looser during a day, I tighten them way up and they seem to 'loosen' a tiny bit during the day to where I like them.
Just my experience, some guys here will know more
