Where to try a backflip?

Hey guys first off I'm new here but I've been checking out the website a lot before. Okay so I am going to try a backflip tomorrow and i want to know where I should try it. There is a small quarter pipe at my mountain (like 10 feet maybe) I was thinking that may be good or I could jump out of it where its a few feet tall and try. there are also a few small step ups and kickers right now most everything is rails or boxes. I know the how backflips work I can do them on the ground, trampoline, on walls, or whatever and I can do corks and 7's and front flips easy just have not tried the backflip yet. Oh I want to do the normal backflip not wildcat I have already done those. Any other tips would be cool too. Thanks
