Yeah I should mention I've been thrilled with the T7 too (even though it's not available anymore and wouldn't be wide enough)... I've heard the Custom X is a great board and if it's anything like the T6/T7 I imagine it'd be great.

Another board I was seriously considering (other than the Kessler Ride or Prior Freeride you mentioned) was the Volkl Coal XT. It's a pretty serious board... I love the Virus but I don't think I would have been disappointed by the Volkl:
