Ur front strap is in the most forward slot. I have Union contact pro's and a 11.5 boot, coulndt make it fit and feel right till i set the from strap in the back slot. Try reading the manual u got in the box
If ur cranking down to the very end ur setup isnt correct.
Edit: and start with the heelcup setup like Kaka said ^^
