No one can answer this for you. It really comes down to price and how much risk you're willing to take on. Ptex can last a long time in a repair or pull out after a run or 2. If the repair is done well i.e. smooth and was done on a dry baord it will likely last longer. Also from the pictures and probably in person you won't be able to tell if there was core exposure and damage prior to the repair.

Make sure the repairs are smooth, the price is something you're comfortable with and the understanding that you'll probably have to refill some of those patches down the road.
