agreed, the repairs look way too clean and structured for it not to have had some sort of base grind. Actually, those are tiny scratches and really didn't even need to be p-texed (owner is anal)...even if they were core shots, they would have been welded (dripped p-tex cracks out in deep/wide gouges), so they are totally solid, if that's what you're worried about
