I can't speak for riding either binding. I ride the Rome Targas, and the customer service Rome provides is top notch. I had an issue with the heel cup bolts, and they had new parts shipped to me instantly. I've read other posts on here of people getting replacement parts even after the warranty was up. Very good company that supports their customers.
