I don't pay a lot of attention to city temps, but I think if it's like 3 or 4 degrees in town and raining, then it'll be a mix of snow and rain up there. I usually look at, they seem to do an ok job with temps and predicting rain.

That mix of heavy, heavy snow turning to rain really SUCKS. Oh yeah, and riding in it SUCKS too lol.

We've had some amazing snow so far this season. I shouldn't complain about a couple days of crap
