Binding angle stance

Ok, I'm just wondering what you guys recommend for a binding angle for beginner trail rider not doing any park? I don't like duck(tried it and uncomfortable for me) and riding switch is not really important.(I've figured out now that I'm goofy for sure)

I'm just carving slowly on trails.

Is +15 and +3 good start?

Or should the back one be at +6? How much difference can you have between front and rear? Oh and I'm not looking to do alpine racing stuff, just casual comfortable trail riding.
