It will be a temp fix but you should make it through your trip.
Get some 2 part epoxy. When you mix it use more something like 4:1 resin:hardener. That will ensure the glue flexes instead of cracking. It will take longer to cure, but will last longer.
Get it all up in there, and clamp it with something flat between the clamp and board, leave for 24 hours. Dont worry about the base bubble if it's in the tip of the nose. If you can see the core anywhere from it just make sure to get some epoxy in there.
If you really want to fix the bubble you might be able to. Do this before fixing the delam. Get a heat gun or a blow dryer and blast away. When everything is fairly hot use a screw driver and hammer the edge back into place. If there is space between the base and core drop some epoxy in there before you bang the base down. Then use like a plastic mallet to bang the base back down. Let cool all the way before you move onto the delam.
Oooooooooor take to a shop. Expect to pay $50-$100.
That thing I do to escape the world and have fun with my friends
