And yes he was the best of the cheaters - that doesn't mean squat. It doesn't mean that they were all coming from an equal base, or that he would have done as well if no one was doping. "Everyone else was doing it" is not an excuse and certainly does not mean that he, and other dopers, didn't cheat others.
