Are you saying Squaw is easier? I think I'll try going over there soon (interchangeable lift tickets FTW!). The advanced blues at Alpine kicked my ass this weekend. Literally. 5th day on a board and I took the Summit lift. Bad idea

Same here! Definitely my home mountain as well.
Squaw was quite a bit easier, at least in my opinion. Their blues were more like the greens/bunny hills at alpine in terms of steepness. I'm sure there are runs that are more difficult at squaw, but alpine feels a LOT steeper pretty much everywhere.... except when its flat. -.- lol
I did the same thing after like a week of riding! Ended up on a black diamond. No bueno
