The software they wrote for the social networking was where the money was. Very unique, very easy to use, very fluid. Now that software is a wreck and it seems like they don't have a lot of the initial development knowledge. Still, the rights may be worth a 20-30k. Provided you can find an investor willing to sink money into software without a knowledge transfer or a developer with a clear understanding of it's development stages.
