For this reason, I'm thinking my next board should be a true twin, freeride oriented with enough flex to dabble in freestyle. I really like the new Lib Tech TRS (with the "stealth" design). Do you think this would be an appropriate board for me vs. other Mervin options (Dark Series, Riders Choice, Eco Genetics, T. Rice Horsepower)?

Regarding sizing, I tried finding Lib Tech's email but all I could find is a form to email them from via their website. I asked a similar question there along with a question on sizing but haven't heard back. Does anyone have their email?

As far as sizing, perhaps I could ask that here as well. I'm just under 5'7" but carry a bit of muscle and weigh 175. Should I go for the 154 or the 157 or something else?
TRS is a good board for what you are describing. Riders Choice is a slightly more premium version of the TRS, so would also be a good choice (but only comes in the asym Pickle version this year). At your weight I would go for the 157.

Dark Series/Eco Genectics might not be playful and buttery enough for you.

You can email Lib/GNU at
Probably going to be Debbee who will respond to you - take anything she says with the same pinch of salt as NS customer service, etc. (they are all enthusiastic and pretty responsive, but not very clued in).
