You should take a look at the Rome Agent, it is a great park board that also handles very well on the rest of the mountain. It is a twin so you will have a centered stance and the sidecut is even so it will handle the same way when riding switch. BA is correct about the myth of having to have a twin for park, but it makes the switch riding a little easier to learn. The Agent also has 2 degree park bevel on the edges to help with avoiding catches. It has good pop for doing Ollies and is reasonably flexible, making buttering easier.

Another thing that will help you is going a little shorter for park. At your weight, I would go with a 153-155 range for a park board. This will reduce some weight and a shorter board turns a little quicker and makes spinning a bit easier.

You might also look into some of the rocker boards like Gnu and Libtech with their Banana tech. From what I am hearing from people, they are virtually catch free due to the raised ends and make learning park a bit easier. Batallion makes a great rocker and I think Rome is coming out with one this year.

As for bindings, the 390`s would be ideal for a park setup; they are light, responsive and very flexible giving you a margin for error on sketchy landings. The things are super durable and simple without a lot of extra junk to go wrong. I rode in Fairbanks Ak with mine when it was -38F and the plastic ladder straps stayed pliable and did`nt get brittle as I feared they might.
