You can do it yourself just fine. I would start with setting them at the reference point on the insert and then you can widen or shorten your stance from there. I would also suggest a duck stance. So set the angles at 15,-15 or something around there. Ultimately, it's going to come down to what's comfortable for you. Just play with it at home until if feels good, and then if you get up to the mountain and don't like it, you can change it.
