Depends on what you are using it for?
If you want mobility and plan on freestyle go 157.5 would do, but there is no pop. I use to have it at 210 lbs. its blunt edge so it has more length
If you want pop and charge down the mt go with the 161.5.
If you want to just bomb mt all day , no tricks and stuff get the billy goat at 159.
What feet size do you have?
Its not height but weight.
