lol, I actually found fasting kind of fun in a sick and twisted way! Like an experiment on my body to see what it did.

I remember the weirdest craving was coming from from work and sitting in front of TV right away without making dinner. I felt like I should have been eating. Like my hands needed to do SOMETHING... ANYTHING!

In hindsight it's probably a good idea to have pre-planned things to take your mind off eating.

I wonder if you slept a lot because you were bored when you did it?!?
