Aww, Killy Newbies.

SOOO.....what he said about the craziness with weekend crowds. Get there early and you'll be fine. The Gondola is busy, but if you break your crew up and do the singles line, you'll probably get on the same lift....or two of you will get on together. Canyon Quad and North Ridge Triple are fun little lifts that access good stuff. The trees to lookers right of the Canyon Quad are fun, especially when it snows. Superstar quad gives access to Ovation, and if you stay to the right on Ovation (assuming it has snowed enough) that can be fun to lap. Bear Mtn is good, too. The worse traversing is trying to get from one lift to another at the bottom. Make sure ya'll know which lift to meet at.

Juggernaut or Solitude to Great Eastern can be a long sleepy cruiser.

For Good Times:
They don't do happy hour at Killington, but many places offer wings. Moguls and the Lookout Tavern apres spots, but I prefer the wings at Sushi Yoshi. Decent bar, good apres ski chat place. If you want to dial it up a bit, there is the Garlic. A little more "chic" I suppose. The Wobbly Barn and the Pickle Barrel are the go-to nite spots for weekend warriors and tourists. JAX is a snow-bro kind of late-night hangout.

Have fun. Know to get out early, eat around 10:30 when all of the hangover people roll onto and crowd the mountain, ride from 11:15-1:30, while they all flee to get lunch....come in for a drink at 1:30, and hit the last 2 hours as everyone starts leaving.
