Contact the maker of the helmet. With some companies you can send in the helmet and get the foam replaced for a lot cheaper then buying a new one.
Also, there are helmets made to take multiple impacts. My skate helmet from Triple Eight is like that. Any helmet with the hard EPS foam is a one nad done type.
