Well I have a bit of a gender reversal in my house. I'm master of the kitchen! The GF knows to stay away... So my favorite thing to cook is STEAK.

Here's a BBQ pic but lately I've been doing a reverse sear using the over first, and then cooking the steaks in a cast iron pan to med-rare...

I also do a mean Vegetable beef barley soup for the cold winter months...

So yesterday I tried making Veal Schnitzel and Spaetzel for the first time. Turned out okay!

So what do you like to cook?
