+1 I'm usually cooking for one or two, but will make a big pot of whatever and then store it. I usually make a couple beef rib racks, then freeze the extras to take to Fernie. A few minutes on the grill to crisp them up and they're good to go!

Gotta start somewhere! My parents were good cooks when I was growing up, then I became a stoner and none of my friends cooked, so I became the stoner cook. Once I got off the pot I retained the cook in me I guess!
