Some thoughts,
Just for the record, the conceivable timeframe for that weekend would be Thursday the 15th, thru Tuesday the 20th of January.
Its easy, u can fly into slc and rent a car and head north. For people who drive its even easier. Flights are common u could be there in Eden by 6pm Thursday night no problem. You could ride Friday, Saturday, Sunday and leave Monday am from eden and be back by whenever that night for work on Tuesday. For those who drive or have the time you could stay longer.
As far as flying with your equipment SLC has good handling systems. Your board or skis come out a separate area in baggage claim. Car renting isnt very expensive but you would need a good vehicle, at least two wheel front but ultimately all wheel if u could afford it.
Dont worry about the party situation..Trust me! it will be there for sure!!!
There is plenty of decent places to get supplies and food. It is very low key, awesome place, People are awesome, great snow and nobody would be dissapointed for it is epic.
