What helped me most was consciously thinking about my body as I make my turns and carves riding "regular" and mimicking that when I ride switch. I, like most people, find myself putting most of my weight on my front foot when I ride switch, which completely changes how the board cuts on the snow. Consciously put more weight onto your back foot. Ride down half of the hill regular and truly think about what your body is doing when you turn and carve. Then start riding switch and do the same thing. Your body should be doing the exact same motions but with opposite feet. Hope that helps!
I have exact opposite issue as when I go switch I get uncomfortable and sit way in the back seat unable to make turns. I have to really tell/force myself to put some weight up front. I know I'll get there, was just way harder than I thought it would be.
