It's shouldn't be that bad at all...a year back is pretty sad, especially for someone with 6 season's in. Take note with your current setup on your binding placements so you can transfer them over easy and it won't feel foreign to you when you ride the first time. I wouldn't mess around with adjusting that until you are comfortable with the new board.
